Jeep thinks you are their Golden Ticket

Been doing the same thing. I signed up at Chrysler's site, Jeep's site, Dodge's site, and Fiat's site. I signed up with my info and my wife's info. So far all I've gotten are brochures

Re: Golden Ticket

can someone share what the ticket actually looks like? I'm so afraid one is going to arrive and I'm going to accidentally throw it away with junk mail.

Here is one example that someone got inside the brochure they requested:

Golden Ticket - Jeep Wrangler Forum

I've gotten at least three in the past five years since we bought our Grand Caravan. They were all marketed for Dodge products, but the fine print says "good on nearly all FCA vehicles."

So check this out!

I did the same as all of you guys . . .and never got anything in the mail except marketing stuff.

Then I called their incentives department and told them that I was strongly considering buy a jeep (true and I have placed one on order) but that I haven't received anything. I explained that I was checking to see if perhaps I had missed an email or mailing.

She looked me up in the system and told me that I had an incentive offer on the books that was a DM (direct mailer) from two months ago.

She continued to explain that it expired in about 30 more days. She also said that while she couldn't send me another physical copy, she could provide a code to me, which I could then give to the dealer.

The value? $1000.00 off the price of the vehicle.

She insured me that it applied to the Wrangler. When I explained that I had a Wrangler on order and that I wouldn't receive it before the expiration date, she said that jeep has recently changed it's policy and that they now have "SOLD order protection" on the incentives like this.

As long as the order is placed before the expiration date, the offer doesn't expire! In fact, the only way that it would not apply, is , if at the time the vehicle arrives at the dealer, there is some sort of dealer/local incentive that is "better." I could opt to take advantage of one or the other. My choice!

Re: Golden Ticket

I want a "golden ticket" for $500 towards my purchase.

I signed-up for a brochure on a 2016 Wrangler - no luck.

In an earlier post I saw I might need to request for a low seller.

So I signed-up for a brochure on a 2016 Chrysler 200 and 300 - no luck. (Weird looks from the wife)

I even called the Incentive number. Was told it's random. I want a $500 coupon!

Re: Golden Ticket

It is totally random and it seems they only send them out at certain times of the year. You can't request one. I have been trying to get one for 3 months now, no luck. I tried all the tricks too.

Mine will expire before I take delivery. Anyone know if they will honor it?
