Help me out guys!

I have a 2016 Willys Unlimited and I live in Florida. I want to put a 4" lift and 37s on my jeep but would like to know what other modifications I would need. I dont do hardcore offroading at all. I do the occasional swamp trail or forest. Thanks in advance.

Re: Help me out guys!

I'd definitely look into changing gears. IMHO, it's a must for 37's.

That's a lot of lift and those are huge tires. Please do it right. This will require major upgrades throughout the drivetrain and suspension. Otherwise, it will be a sloppy mess. Find a high-quality shop and pay the big bucks to get everything done correctly. Or be less ambitious. There's no middle ground when you start talking 37s and 4" lifts.

Yeah im going to get it done right, so 8 control arms, shocks, and gears should be good right? Do you think I would need new driveshafts? Because I dont do any rockkrawling as I live in Florida lol. Thanks for he reply though.

Driveshafts
Gears
Add some power
Long arm kit would be nice
Might think about bigger axles since you're giving the 37" tires more leverage to break the originals

TBH, 37's and a 4" is a bit of overkill for the occssional swamp ride, unless these are serious swamps lol. Just know that the vast majority of your driving is going to be on the road, not offroad.

Lots of new wrangler owners think they're less of a man/woman unless they have huge tires and lifts. Pride be damned, get what you "need" to do the trails you want, and you wont have to over pay for all the mall crawler additions.
