How do i get rid of clutch noise?????

I bought a 2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and im on my 2nd clutch in a row, and its still making the squeakin noise when engagin the clutch. I have read that this is common, does anyone know what i can do to make it better. I also put in a new slave cylinder. When they had transmission open mechanic said it was full with metal shavings, jeep dealer said thats common and will happen, but mechanic said its gonna go soon. I dont want to trade it in,, its got new battery, new starter, new oil pan, new 4x4 driveshaft, steering damper, rotors, clutch, slave cylinder, just afraid of whats gonna go next.
