In Pro 3rd brake light W/extension necessary W/35 tire?

I plan on ordering a few parts in the coming weeks for my new 2016 Jeep wrangler unlimited HRR and have a question about a 3rd brake light. I want a LED 3rd brake light like this 1 here In-Pro Car Wear LED3-420C - In Pro Car Wear OE Size LED 3rd Brake Light for 07-15 Jeep Wrangler & Wrangler Unlimited JK - Quadratec

but I am curious if it would work with using this also
Teraflex 4997220 - TeraFlex Brake Light Extension Bracket for 07-15 JeepĀ® Wrangler & Wrangler Unlimited JK - Quadratec

I will have a 35" nitto trail grappler on the terraflex hinge. Thx

Fuel Octane rim work with AEV rear-view camera?

Never mind, I'm gonna go with the AEV rear-view camera that has a 3rd brake light.
That leads me to a new question if somebody can help out .

Will the AEV tire carrier/hinge allow the AEV rear-view camera to line up with 1 of the holes in a Fuel Octane rim?

Octane - D509 - Fuel Off-Road Wheels

Any help would be great. THX
