Jeep at SEMA

Jeep taking some serious OFF ROAD Jeeps to SEMA this year.

One is a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with a "5.7-liter HEMI V8 and a Getrag six-speed manual transmission. To get all that power to the ground are new front and rear axles with 5.38 gears and ARB air lockers". Plus "20-inch Mopar wheels and 40-inch tires, while keeping the car’s center of gravity as close to stock as possible". SERIOUS STUFF!

The other is a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon that gets "3-inch suspension lift and rear sway bar, 17-inch wheels and 35-inch tires, as well as a heat-reduction hood, snorkel, off-road lights, new AEV steel bumpers and a winch".

The 6 speed Getrag is factory in an R34 GTR Skyline
It would bolt to a hemi with a custom bell housing adaptor.
And even better guys, the GTR is 4wd as you know, and even better, the transfer case is strong as an Ox. In the R34, the transfer case is mounted on the incorrect side to suit a WK, but can be turned 180 degrees with the help of an adaptor.

Who's doing it? lol

** you'll need a complete aftermarket EMS to run the engine though, as the factory one ties in with the factory auto.
