Does anyone know when dealerships might have any 2015 Jeep on their lot in the color Tank? I read the thread that production starts in Sept, but I am not sure what that means as far as when dealerships would get them. I would like to order a Rubicon Unlimited in Tank color, but really would like to see it person first. Thanks for all who reply!
I'm in the same boat... really interested in Tank for a JKURHR but want to see the color in the wild before placing an order... I know when I saw some pics of Anvil when it first came out I thought it looked a bit too much on the blue side of gray, but in the wild it looked much better and will most likely be my backup color if Tank isn't what I'm expecting.
If I remember correctly Copperhead was a late availability color last year. It started production in early September and they started popping up in early October. So my guess would be early-mid October.
The most annoying thing is I remember calling several area dealers in early September of '13 asking them when they would get there first MY14 Copperhead Wranglers in and they acted like it they wouldn't see the color for another 4-5 months and it was actually more like 4-5 weeks. I also asked 3 or 4 of them to call me when the first '14 copperhead's came in and I never heard back from any of them. Now it looks like I am going to be doing the same thing for a 2015 Tank.

saw the pics of the Tank Rubicon in the wild on the other thread... this is looking more like what I was hoping for... better than the other pic above (more green in that one)... this is looking more promising... still may have to hold off to see in person... with the apparent delay in the next generation platform I was considering holding off for another year to two... don't know if I'd want to miss out on a Tank JKUHR though... may have to bite the bullet this year...
