JK Anniversary Rear Bumper

Sometimes called the 10th Anniversary Bumper or the Hard Rock Bumper.
Got one?... Do you like it?
I'm thinking of upgrading the rear bumper on my Willys, but I want one that will allow me to utilize the factory trailer hitch and the factory tow hook.
This one seems to fit the bill... and All Mopar Parts has a great price on it.

Re: JK Anniversary Rear Bumper

I've got one on my 16 JKURHR. It's a quality piece. Love it.

Do be aware that there's an issue with some hitches fitting the 10AE bumper due to some welded nuts that interfere with fitment. A Google search will turn up what I'm talking about. I'm not sure if the Mopar hitch has this issue or not.

+1

To use your Willys factory hitch on a 10A rear bumper, you'll need to cut off the welded on nuts.

Will an angle grinder fit up there?

The hitch and the bumper are two separate pieces. The hitch is held on by only 4 bolts. I would pull it off to cut off the weld nuts. The HR bumper has the weld nuts on it already if I remember right.
