Pizza cutter tires on 2016 wrangler

ImageUploadedByJeepGarage1471350448.627369.jpg
My new JKU is in!!! It's getting a two inch lift put on in a couple days. I'm looking for tire suggestions. Wanting to keep the stock rims for now (since I'm now $30k poorer) they are 16x7's. Wanting to keep the tread more towards the street side since I am not a hard core off-roader and this will be my daily driver. Leaning towards a BF Goodrich ko2 in a 315-75-16. I don't have a problem with the pizza cutter look.

Please share your vast wisdom on them.
Is that a good size?
Is that a good tire choice?
Other suggestions?

Congrats on the Jeep! Personally I would get a set a new/ used Rubicon wheels and tires from Craigslist. It will most likely cost you the same for wheels and tires as it would for just buying new tires. There are always some on Criagslist if you live near a major city. Good luck. I believe they still come with BFG mud terrains. Pretty decent tires.

Thanks, I looked at some on Craigslist but don't want that aggressive of a tread, I'll be 98% high way miles

I drive my rubicon on the hwy every day. The tread is aggressive, but rides like a dream on the highway. Don't be turned off by the tread, great tire, great ride. He's right, I'd pick up a set of rubicon take offs on CL.

I think you will have a problem mounting 315s on a 7" wheel
