Ordered from Scott at Scap in Fairfield!!
Referring from your this post, I did call Scott for the hard rock build price. He is definitely very knowledgable guy and gave some very useful tips about saving money while ordering the build that I wanted. However actual quote he provided was around 2.3% below invoice whereas other quotes I had were about 5% to 6% below invoice. What additional tips/info he provide during car pickup making this buy worth with the price he was offering?

A couple of the dealerships are AutoNation stores, and they insist on lowballing my trade-in by $3k on top of not budging on price.

This is frustrating as hell. I want to buy today or tomorrow and no one wants to play ball.

What is your trade? The Blinker App is live here in Colorado. It allows you to sell your car privately but the buyer can easily finance it and buy a warranty if they so choose which really opens it up to a lot of buyers who otherwise wouldn't be able to get a loan to buy from a private seller. We will be listing my girlfriend's car on it soon

Let me say this. I'm not one to argue over nickles & dimes when in the long run, having someone like Scott in my corner AFTER the purchase, is worth the couple hundred extra bucks it may cost up front. I've bought cars from him before and know he'll be there to take care of me with the little things that may arise. Hope this helps.

$2k is a BIG difference in price. Not worth the deal around here since they're plenty of Jeep dealers in the area. You shouldn't need to give a salesman an extra 2k to treat you right.

No I agree, but we're talking about a couple hundred, not thousand!! And many of these deals are comparing apples to oranges. In my case for example, the price included a custom Katzkin interior & Lifetime MaxCare Warranty.
