Should I buy this '16 JKU in the next hour??

[Sorry in advance if this isn't the right place for this - I can delete after - but I need your HELP ASAP otherwise I will miss out on this deal]

HELP please: I have been trying to decide on buying a new '16 JKU vs. waiting for the new '17 JKUs for a little while. I am looking not looking for the power 24S package - just the 24C, an automatic transmission, and the Sunrider premium soft top. A local dealer just told me they have a new '16 JKU in Rhino (which I'm good with) with automatic and the premium top (and will also include connectivity and Sirius) and will sell it for 28,050 ($3500 off MSRP - 89%). Even though I don't really care about connectivity or Sirius - if the price of those were removed it would still be 92% of MSRP (but with that stuff added in for free).

It's an end of the month sale and I'm sure it's partially motivated by the fact the order banks for the '17s opens on August 11 (according to Milous).

Should I do it or should I wait until the '17s? What will I be missing on the '17s vs the '16s that I might regret?? I need to make a decision in the next hour because I am going out of town tomorrow for a week and they are only offering the sale until end of August.

Thank you in advance!!

Ordering banks open on Aug 11, but it could easily be at least two months, until you see it. Can you wait two and a half months?

Personally, I would never buy something like a car, with a ticking clock counting down a one hour deadline.

BTW, beyond color changes, the 17's are getting the factory LED headlights (opt on Sport, std on Saharas and Rubicons). Is that something that would be important to you?

Re: Should I buy this '16 JKU in the next hour??

I don't have to commit to the buy tonight - I just have to tell the dealer by tonight if he should bring the Jeep in from the dealership where it is currently housed (which he has to alert tonight to get it there by tomorrow).

I wouldn't go in until tomorrow to actually make the buy.

And yes, I feel the same way about the time pressure - but this checks all the boxes of what I have been looking for, and I've been researching this for months. Also, 11% off MSRP seems like an amazing deal (I was hoping for 8% initially). Is it maybe not quite as good a deal as I think given that the '17s come out soon?

This is just a JKU Sport so I wouldn't be getting the LED lights. On the color, I think Rhino is my favorite of all the 16's (Granite Crystal is close also), so the only things I'd be missing out on are Gobi (which I'm pretty sure I don't like as much) and Chief (which may or may not be available except for the Special Edition and also might be a little too loud for a DD). Are any of the other new features for '17 worth waiting for in your (or anyone else's) opinion?

Get it with a 3.73... Don't do the 3.21...

Here is one...go and fight a good price for it.

New 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport 4x4 For Sale | Daytona Beach FL

You should be able to get 11% off at any of the big dealers...
