Starting issue

My 97 wrangler will not start. Turns over fine but no spark or fuel and the fuel and volt Gage's don't move. Thinking something like a sensor but the jeep is in matagorda so parts are 25 mile trip. Any one run into this issue before?

Re: Starting issue

Not familiar with the wrangler, but the fact that it doesnt start and fuel and volt indication stay at 0, seems to be pointing towards the PCM. Did you check the fuses first? A bad crank sensor or cam sensor can short the PCM and give problems as you have.

Re: Starting issue

Yes, remove the connector from each sensor one by one and see if the fuel and volt gauge indicate normal.
