Nikita- understand you aren't referring to the exterior, and there's nothing wrong with having an opinion

Before I purchased my first Jeep I spent time looking at Toyota's (tacoma, 4runner) as they are well liked. The entire design philosophy of toyota is quite different to the Jeep and noticed that as soon as I got inside one. I came to the conclusion that it's comparing apples to oranges. I don't think Jeep will ever need to look at Toyota for design inspiration. Yes- the metal can be nice. I had tons of it in my old Land Rovers. I don't miss it though as others have pointed out on here, technology and regulations have long since moved on which is why they don't use it. Jeep has a good thing going; hope they can continue to keep it that way. Everyone is entitled to their opinions- I think the new land rovers and toyota's look worse than dog $*!*

Before I left the Toyota dealer lot (and this is a very true story), had a sales guy approach me and ask what else I was looking at. Told him Jeep Wranglers. He said "the Toyota is a vastly superior product; only downside is that we require one of your nuts as part of the final payment before you are allowed to drive off the lot".

I walked.. not worth it!

Got to admit, it is different but I like it. I would own one.
