Undercoating my 97 tj

I am in the process of restoring my 97 jeep tj to make her look good as new. However, everywhere I've looked for clarification on where to apply - more specifically where NOT TO APPLY - POR-15 when applying it to an intact undercarriage of a tj has been a little confusing. I'm not planning on taking anything apart, but want to rust guard against any additional rusting! Where can I NOT apply this stuff??

Re: Undercoating my 97 tj

I would basically avoid exhaust, and linkages/moving parts. When I did my TJ way back when, I did the frame, mounting points, underneath the tub wherever I could reach, bumper frames, driveshaft, shock mounts, and axles.
