Would a 2008 JK seat fit a 1999 TJ without too much work?

I know a shop that does only JK upgrades and they have a ton of brand new JK parts. I have a 1999 TJ and would love to buy some parts to be installed. Has anyone done this before? Is this even possible or is it too much of a hassle?
