What do you guys get on just stepping on it in auto mode and no launch mode? I got 5.9secs. Is that normal?

That's not normal. You should be able to get sub 5 secs in Auto mode without even trying.

Now at 3400 ft you have to no the temp, press and humidity then put that into a racing puter to get the DA and that will get you your density altitude. You get me your weather stats in canade the day and time you ran and ill get you your DA. SAMPLE BELOW. After i get your temp, barometer pressure and humidity i put that into the DA calulator and i get all these figs. Now this is why you ran a 5.9 0/60.

temperature: 76 deg f
uncorrected barometer: 26.388 Hg
humidity: 30 %
vapor pressure: 0.905 Hg
dew point: 42.266 deg f
grains: 45.3
air density: 84.679 %
density altitude: 5,583.764 ft ( here would be your total altitude)

Ok i converted your weather to our weather and heres the total altitude. Heres is your converted to ours. Altitude 3400 temp 31 pressure 30.05 humidity 88 now the converter changes the pressure to uncorrected numbers as thats what it is at the time you ran. All weather stations convert the pressure to sea level and i dont no why the do that lol. See if you can convert canada weather you got to usa weather and see if its the same as mine.

temperature: 31 deg f
uncorrected barometer: 26.556 Hg
humidity: 88 %
vapor pressure: 0.173 Hg
dew point: 28.180 deg f
grains: 25.1
air density: 93.461 %
density altitude: 2,296.877 ft (at this altitude you should be in the 4.5/4.8 0/60 IMO if i converted all the stuff right you gave me.

Thanks for doing that for me. I may have unconsciously laid off coming up to 60. It was my first run with the srt since I got it. As said, it was only in auto mode and no launch mode. I'll try again and report back.

Re: 0-60 time with these settings

I think the first time I ever stepped on it, in Auto, I ran a 5.5sec. It was cold, dark and there was a bend in the road. I let off the throttle.

I just ran a 4.4 letting it rip with launch control.

I think you just need to get used to the power and pin the pedal to the floor!
