I for one would be somewhat unhappy NOT being singled out by such an obvious ambulance chaser.

Supposedly the owners of '14s with ZF transmissions will be left in the lurch soon, as the intent was that Chrysler make all future 8 speeds instead of buying them from ZF.

Wonder how the original Hemi owners felt when the first SRT came out and started smoking Cayennes, BMW's etc.

I also haven't seen Jeep publishing anything about Gale Banks doing some wizardry with that Diesel for the military and for prepping up for aftermarket mods.

Of course if Jeep were to be thinking about featuring a Banks Overland at Moab next year, possibly they might not want their competitors to know about it...

.... not that the 14 upgrades were much of a secret for non-catatonics.

Also, in order to make a class action suit against Chrysler, and to make it for even a small number in the millions, it would need to be in federal court. With your time and court costs and research costs, all to go several thousand hours in round after round of getting kicked in the nuts by the army of suits that chrysler has, and all they are doing is stalling you...you will have nothing but a big debt all by yourself since you lost and nobody else has to pay a thing if you lose.

Are you actually willing to tell people that either you are the lawyer for this, or that you have a lawyer willing to take on a class action suit against Chrysler for a couple million in possible damages... and thats if you can get several thousand people to join it.

So, forget about the asinine idea of a class action, you won't have the funds or the defendants to do it.. this was simply a troll thread, albeit a fun one.

So at the end of the day, if your intention was to amuse us, mission complete. Awesome job.
Theoretically, if Spartacus is legally qualified to bring a class action suit, he would probably be familiar with the typical ratio of payout to the lawyers involved versus the actual consumers. Lets just say a set of Jeep branded tire valve caps would be the expectation for anyone not on the legal team.... so using a forum to recruit victims who would never receive much money at all compared to the legal team is from that viewpoint, understandable.
