Interesting times. Given this info, and previous comments made by engineers, I'm guessing 12.7 for the GC srt8.

Charger SRT8 Challenger SRT8
0-30 (sec): 1.9 2.0
0-45 (sec): 3.1 3.0
0-60 (sec): 4.6 4.5
0-60 with 1-ft Rollout : 4.3 4.2
0-75 (sec): 6.4 6.2
1/4 Mile (sec @ mph): 12.8 @ 110.3 12.6 @ 112.1

30-0 (ft): 28 30
60-0 (ft): 112 114 (Interesting and ironic difference)
Skid pad lateral accel (g): 0.86 0.88
Slalom 67.8 67.0 (Interesting ironic difference)

WOW!!!!! That is amazing!! I agree 12.7 sounds attainable, as does a 4.5 0-60. Maybe quicker given the AWD launch!! :D :D :D

I knew Chrysler would sandbag their marketing numbers. You basically MUST, in this game... I think I'm happy once again. :D

Nice, thanks for link bro.

The #s look to be on par here w/ older gens. The WK2 Jeep hopefully will do .9gs on skidpad and equal in slalom. Im betting accel numbers will be nearly identical as it gained some power and added about enough weight to cancel it out haha. Hopefully the 392 will like bolt-ons more . . . when the come out

edit: And WOW, just to note 0-75mph in 6.2 seconds is very fast for a stock car! Have never really looked at and analyzed those numbers, but man! Thats not much time to get from a standstill up to a fast highway speed :)

Negative. Insideline tested the previous charger srt8 at 13.5 and 13.6

Most rags had it around 13.3-4s.

I wouldnt be surprised to see Road and Track and Motortrend get the 2012 charger down the strip a tenth or two quicker than 12.8. Id imagine the Jeep will again be neck and neck with the LXs.

Lol! The 392 was stock stock stock!!!! He ran a PB of 12.60

Brian- my PB is 12.57, yes that was me in the vid. The Jeep with black wheels I knocked out has a rear mounted turbo, but needs tune work.
