They got within .2 seconds of factory figures (X5M: 4.74 with factory giving 4.7, Porsche 5.95 with factory 5.7, SRT 4.95 with factory 4.8)...
But I must say the mentions of 4.3 or lower () seem a bit out-of-worldly in comparison to what they recorded in this test...

well...the 4.3 ///// 12.9 was confirmed by Ralph Gilles and was done at the COTA track from what i understand. You can see from this vid is was on a less than perfect side road.

I dont really know how to take these guys....some of their vids are funny and they are usually informative, but sometimes they can mangage to waste a good testing session. They seem to have gotten a kick out of taking our old '12 SRT Jeep to a dyno at 5200' elevation and then poking a stick at it because the horsepower had dropped below 300 WHP. all the while they touted their favor of Turbo charged and Blown engines due to the fact that they wouldnt suffer the hit this bad even though the difference would be a lot less than the smoke they blew. Now Jeep provides them with all these vehicle to go out, rag and they picked some jangled uphill road to try and get some decent times. Im starting to think these guys couldnt score in a 'Ho house.

I bet the 8 speed is great for road courses and everyday driving. I dont even care about 0-60 really just 1/8 and 1/4. Even though the performance difference is not enough for me to trade in my '12 it is still a great deal and great performing machine for the money compared to the others.

Chrysler shoud of provided a Cayenne turbo s and a Mercedes ml 63 amg with the performance package. This comparo was worthless Chrysler should of brought their best sport suv against the competition and vice a versa. Are they compairing at the price point or at the performance level? Like Scott said very close to the X5M which was the only relevant point out of this video with these 2 pseudo auto journalist.

Not saying the 4.3 is wrong or b/s, by all means, just saying the measurement in the video is worlds apart (almost one full second) to the lower ones we heard about... I guess conditions have quite an influence.
Any indication when/if some of the "big boys" (Car and Driver, Motortrend, Road & Track) will release a review and some figures?

IMHO...there are zero SUV's that really compare to the Jeep SRT. I think they tried to stay within resonable difference cost wise.....one was $27k more and they other was way over $30k more. To add the Cayenne TT...doesnt make sense to me....you can get two Jeep SRT's......for one of those beasts.

that was just BS so not to hurt 13' sales IMHO RG admitted on Twitter and other avenues that the 14' was "quicker" and the tests would show that. Once these hit the streets you will see low, low 4's...high 3.9's and high 12's in the 1/4.....
