WOW ......if that were the case, why bicker about price.

If anyone is interested in 2006 Cayenne S Titanium edition let me know......
Nice deal. Good place, right?
Did you ask if any other orders were cancelled?

But it sounds like you guys are getting the "I'm tired of hearing it" treatment. I'm getting the "so are you still getting it!?!" treatment.

For the record though, she thinks Chrysler is being very shady on the price structure, and she comes from a father who is a big Mopar guy. Still has his '70 Barricuda he bought new, and a 2008 numbered Challenger SRT8, and 2010 Jeep Laredo 4X4.

What does that mean in actual dollars before tax?

I am a dentist, not an accountant......
bottom line is I got it at less then invoice, it is a corporate car so I can deduct it from the business and it is 1/2 of the price of the Cayenne TT, those are enough reasons for me....... to each its own.....

I'm getting the "well, do you feel the same way as those 2 guys on the forums who just said (the above)" treatment. The bummer is, even with her giving me "an out" to get this Jeep, I'm looking at it like $62K loaded vs. $48K loaded for a Challenger SRT8. $14K is a huuuuge difference. I'm not sure I will feel like I got the extra $14K out of that Jeep.

I'm qualifying for EP pricing, but even at $56K loaded, this Jeep is just a huge waste of my money...

Thanks for leading me to them, nice people to deal with.......
I didn't ask about others canceling, it really doesn't matter to me what others do, but next time I will ask him just out of curiosity.......

I know, I was just curious, because I was pretty confident you weren't canceling, so I was surprised at your first post. I just met the owner on Thursday. He was driving a nice new Evora. I asked him if he had brought it to the track yet. Maybe you should plant the seed for him! LOL..

Maybe I will drag both of you to the track......

Anyway, thanks again for the lead.......

I want to drive the best vehicle for the lowest (reasonable) ownership cost.

I almost picked up an M3 vert ($80k MSRP) for less than $500 /mo 24 month lease early this spring, I held off thinking I was going to pick up a 2012 and did not have time for the ED trip. In hindsight, I should have picked it up and kept my current Jeep too.

The $10k increase in cost on the 2012 puts monthly ownership cost at $1k per month, which is luxury car territory.

If Jeep is confident that they priced the 2012 Jeep SRT8 correctly, lets see the 24 month and 36 month residual values. These will clearly show if it is priced right.
