The transmission cluck is a known issue. There has been update after update with no luck.
The newest update came out last week. You may want to bring it in to your dealership and let them know you want the newest update flash for your transmission because of the clunk.
Good luck!

Mine had the rough idle as well around the same mileage as yours. It will go away, I think the engine has to learn a little more.

So I have had the rough idle since day 1. The engine sits around 650 - 700rpm for a while and then cranks up to 900rpm. Sometimes it stays at that engine speed and sometimes it comes back down after a little driving. I asked forum members about this issue within a week of having the srt but no one could help me with an answer. The dealership had nothing to say but that it was normal.
So far I haven't had any other problem but the variable engine speed still bothers me.

Do you have the AC running ? This happens when the compressor kicks in and out idle goes up to compensate for the compressor load.

It's happens with the AC on and off. I have tested out most of my common driving scenarios and it happens every time. AC, AC off. .. driving from cold start through hours of highway. .
