Re: 22 X 11 w/ 305/35 Monoblock - Will it Fit?

mine rubbed all around with RM mids and 22x10.5 et35. The front went away after the tires wore through the inner fender liners in one spot. The rears would rub on like the outer body molding I believe. The rear was the more concerning but it wasn't all the time like turning quick or turning from a stop while getting on it.

When you say RM Mids do you mean the 1/1.8 or did you do the 1.8/1.8??

Any pics?

I'm wondering if the 3mm difference is enough to not rub. We're you running 305/35s?

Re: 22 X 11 w/ 305/35 Monoblock - Will it Fit?

Steve told me they would rub on mine with the mid level drop which is why I went away from buying them. They are my favorite wheels by a long shot but I didn't want to deal with rubbing again. He told me his were +35 though and you are saying +38 so maybe it's enough to not run with the mid level drop.

the 1/1.8 drop and yes 305/35's all around. these pictures are ok? sorta? I no longer have the jeep. 3mm might be all the difference in the world though.

Re: 22 X 11 w/ 305/35 Monoblock - Will it Fit?

I'm completely stumped on what to do. Now I'm hesitating ordering the Niche. There is so much conflicting information. These Jeeps are a real pain in the ass.

Re: 22 X 11 w/ 305/35 Monoblock - Will it Fit?

i agree wheel fitments are awful. you want the flushest possible fitment but no rubbing or poking out. if you go with an 11" wide wheel even with the 38 offset, that wheel is 1/2" wider than my 10.5s if the width is 1/4 inch on the front and a 1/4 on the back you're still looking at it sticking out another 3mm more than my 10.5 with et35. But 3mm is really nothing. might rub on one jeep and not on another.

If you read through I've already cancelled my order for the 11" wheels. Now I'm looking at Niche but they need a +38 offset on a 10.5 wheel. Tom said that Steve (only guy with Niche monoblocks on SRT) was running a +35. If all the facts here are correct then I'm hoping that 3mm difference is just enough.

I'm currently on Eibach so if I don't lower it anymore I can deal with the slightly aggressive offset. The problem is if I go with Road Magnet mids. The issue with the RM is that 1.0/1.8 gets rid of all the rake which I don't want, and 1.8/1.8 is waaaay too low in the front. The .8 with Eibach is perfect.

All I want is a damn .8/1.5 drop that's true. I don't feel like I got the full drop out of my Eibach and it seems to go up and down without explanation.

Re: 22 X 11 w/ 305/35 Monoblock - Will it Fit?

Just found an HRE within my budget. It's not exactly what I want but could work with the right finish

Classic Series - 301M | HRE Performance Wheels

Thoughts?

Here's a few pics of mine, not exactly sure of offset(can't remember) but I can find out. I know black is not your thing but it's a similar design to what you are after I think.

Re: 22 X 11 w/ 305/35 Monoblock - Will it Fit?

Updated. Ordering the Niche Misano in a 22 X 10.5. They are going to produce it with a +40 offset, obviously provided that it will clear the calipers.

For reference, I confirmed that Steve (white Jeep on Misanos) was running a +35 offset, which is too aggressive for my taste. Most 3piece guys are running a +45, which is a little too tucked for my taste, so I think +40 should be perfect, a little bit of rubber poke but not sticking out.

Finish I am going with:

Nice wheels.

Offset is a little aggressive for my taste but it works for you because you have the additional fender flares
