About 2% difference in circumference so will be 1 mph off at 50mph. Not a big deal.

My rims are 10.5 wide, the tire's ideal width is 10".
11" tread width so rims should not sick out too far.

Re: 305/35/22 Pirelli Mileage Report

I'd say they're wearing extremely well. 20k miles on a performance tire is EXCELLENT. I don't yet have that but I'm confident they will safely last that long.

On the OEMs, my guess is a lot of people that bought the Jeep didn't know a lot about performance vehicles. Namely quick wearing/expensive tires as well as Expensive brake dust producing brakes.

I can deal with the brakes, but 13k on the 4-seasons seemed kind of low. I was hoping for at least 20k.

With that being said, 22" wheels ordered and 305/35/22 Pirellis ordered from DTD. I'll just have to wait for them to ramp up production again and fulfill my order. I'd hate to put 285/40/22 Nittos on it and be unhappy with the skinnier width and/or traction.

I thought I had convinced myself that I was selling her, but I finally knocked some sense back into myself...

Re: 305/35/22 Pirelli Mileage Report

Well crap...just spoke with someone in Pirelli who had access to the production master list and he said these tires had been obsoleted in their system with no upcoming production. He did mention that the only way they would consider re-starting production is if they had an overwhelming response worldwide...

We have had several responses from them via social media saying they would be ramping production back up in November...

I told him the Jeep SRT community was counting on them to come through. I hope November is correct as I'll have wheels sitting here naked.

LOL, and I'll probably never buy any but the OEMs. The primary reason for most people switching seem to be concern$ about mileage.

Well, I guess you could save a few pennies by using 91 octane gas too...

I have money for 93 (best I can get here) every tank. But I cannot afford $2400 every 10 months on tires. There's a huge difference

You're paying too much. I got a set of Verdes for $1440 (no tax) delivered+ another $150 for mount and balance.

Re: 305/35/22 Pirelli Mileage Report

After making numerous calls, I learned that there are sets out there, but they run $425/tire + $100-$150 in freight. Discount Tire is $355/tire, when they have them. Now I have to decide to wait and take the gamble that they will re-start production or pay a bit more to have a set now.
