Haven't seen too many high mileage jeep SRT updates so I thought I could start a thread for others to add on. I purchased in middle of 2012 and thought I would do a review so far of my experience. Don't know when I will be getting rid of it, but will probably be making room for trackhawk or another jeep SRT vs durango SRT (its growing on me) in the upcoming year.

Overall, couldn't be happier other than I go through brake pads and tires more than any other car I have ever owned but it is my daily driver and I do drive it like it should be driven after recommended break in by manufacturer.

Issues I have had (all minor):
1) coolant hose leak after rubbing against front engine belt, after dealer fix no problems whatsoever.
2) engine heat melted front windshield connection between tubing and plastic holes in hood, replaced myself for less than $30.
3) rear windshield leak at grommet where wiring enters vehicle, fixed myself using some marine grade silicone product to repair $10.

No major issues (knock on wood and I would buy again in a heartbeat without hesitation.

On my third set of pads and rotors which last me about 30,000-35,000 miles. I am using stock pads and last two rotors were brembo sport drilled. Currently on fifth set of tires. Had 2 sets of OEM Pirelli all seasons, one set of OEM pirelli 3-seasons, one set BFG KDW2, and two sets of pirelli dedicated snows (one scorpion ice and snow and one scorpion winters). If you do the math that's about $8,000 on tires and $1600 in rotors, $800 in brake pads.....

Forgot to add I had to replace driver side headrest because it would no longer tilt and hold anymore. Not sure why it broke.

I have about 83,000 miles on my 2012 SRT now. I bought it end of 11. It has been pretty much flawless. In the beginning i went through tires like crazy but i finally settled on a brand i liked (nankang) and i have been good ever since. I change the oil with fully synthetic 0w40 about every 5,000 miles. Typically mobil 1. For brakes i am still on the original set of rotors and they look great. slight ridge forming on the outside lip but still plenty of meat. I changed from the factory pads for Hawk carbon ceramics at about 15,000. They make very little dust and last A LONG TIME. They do cut down on the braking power but i live with it due to the increased durability (and the fact that I am too lazy to swap them out). Only thing unusual is last week i had to add an entire gallon of 50/50 to the coolant reservoir. Don't ask where all my coolant went, no idea. Very strange. Other than that? Bulletproof car at this point with very few minor hiccups.

I liked the OEM pirelli summer runflats the best but I am sure I am in the minority. When pushing the jeep I can tell it corners better than non runflats. No complaints with ice and snows for the winters. Just went through storm two weeks ago with 16 inches of snow and no problems
