Speaking of what a joke the al manara centre is - when asking for him to try and find the parts for the black front grill rings and break vent bezels, they tried to convince me that the factory only makes chrome ones and for all black ones in the showrooms, those are custom painted after the car arrives...
I went back in two days ago once I found the actual part numbers and showed him on my iPad that he was full of it. Willie heard me, but Willie didn't care.
I wonder when they recruit people, is their primary criteria a sincere lack of knowledge and or interest in anything even remotely related to cars, their job, customer service, or proper human decency? If the answer is yes - then they are doing a fantastic job!

Regarding remote start vs. boot - I will use remote start every day during the summer so it seems like a no brainer to sacrifice it IMO. I'll be getting this done (hopefully) on my next service.
