Anyone put any thought into...

Wrapping the 14's grill rings (upper and lower) in vinyl? Planning on doing the window trim myself in a few weeks, but before I do, I'm curious on hearing some opinions on the grill option. Any input is welcome. Thanks in advance

I was pretty sure they had wrapped the window trim, but painted the grill pieces. I'm worried that the shape of the upper rings might be problematic for wrapping. I admittedly don't have much experience with the process; a buddy and I are going to give the window trim a go. Figured I might as well kill to birds with one stone if possible.
