Hey folks, thanks a million for all the replies. Picking up the SRT tomorrow morning, and BOTH DRLs light up on that truck. I DO want the LEDs, but NOT the regular DRLs on the inner headlights. Is there a way to just disable the inner ones? I could just remove the bulbs, but I'm sure I'd get a lamp failure warning, right? And if I remove the 2 relays mentioned above, NONE of the DRLs would come on, and I want just the LEDs. Answers appreciated.

I think your only option with the SRT is to remove the bulbs. When I was testing in the garage removing the bulbs did not trigger a warning message. The SRT is already missing those two relays so you can't remove them. I'd say just remove the bulbs and call it a day.

Thanks man. I'll do that and report the results. Hope it's an easy job. Will do that immediately upon getting home, as well as installing a mirror cable for the V1 (removed from the Overland), removing the 'SRT8' badge on the rear and the ugly 'Grand Cherokee' letters on the sides. Besides, the hitch cover is going to say 'SRT'; that's more than enough. Funny that 9 out of 10 people thought the Overland was an 'SRT' just because it had the SRT wheels . That tells you not many will recognize the real deal, but I prefer it that way .
