I did have to enter my Overland VIN twice even though it was right the first time before it would work.

Based on the file name (MY13_MY14_RA4_16_13_13) seems to be the same file for MY13 and MY14 GC's but perhaps a different file for MY15?

Maybe they haven't uploaded the 2015 file yet?

The SRT pages is an option in every 8.4nav but i believe is only enabled with the challenger SRT and scat pack models, the computers are all basically the same but use different features and have different screens that are modle specific , I enabled them on my 2015 Jeep SRT with the Tazer module, and yes things like the RPM set point for launch control and gear shift light set points do not function on the Jeep, it will however display the suspension, transmission and traction settings they just can't be changed from that screen(at least yet). I found many options that can simply be turned on or off on all of our computers if you can get into the setup, I've used the tazer to turn on SRT pages on an overland, you can set fogs not to drop with brights, can set drl not to drop with turn signals, can set navigation to work in motion(all these can be set and unplug the module and they stay), as well as force RWD or AWD or auto etc... but in short all the pages are in all of the models just not turned on, and only certain things work due to they are model specific. My guess is they gave you the wrong update or it had an error when it loaded which is why you now have those screens.

Are those screens in a 2016 or are you saying your Siri eyes free update contained them? I installed the Siri update on my 15 and definitely don't have those screens

I have a 2015. Those screens showed up with the Siri update.

In the first photo, top left, press "SRT Modes".

Are your SRT pages in metric? Mine are and I can't figure out how to change them.

Now that's interesting....

Maybe that explains why there is a different 2014 vs. 2015 update.

Not to complain but it would be nice to have a bit more detail on the update from FCA so we'd know what to expect.

What is the file name and file size of the 2015 update?

The 2013/14 was: MY13_MY14_RA4_16_13_13.exe 430,370 KB

I suspect the package has a lot more than just one particular update and selectively upgrades the uConnect to the spec of the year and type of vehicle it's being installed in.

In my case my 2014 Overland and my 2014 SRT used the same update but the Overland didn't get SRT pages, nor did the SRT lose them. Perhaps your update was corrupt and you ended up with a hybrid 2015/16 SRT page?

I give up. I updated a total of four times. Twice using the same version I downloaded in the morning, once using a download from this evening, and once using the file that user Rowanwuff uploaded in the WK2 forum. Samething every time. My SRT pages are at version 2.00.14 and in metric.

I'm giving uconnect a call tomorrow.

May want to skip Uconnect and call SRT. The Uconnect rep had no idea what SRT pages were and suggested I call SRT customer care. I'd start there. Interested to find out what you learn.

Mine was produced in Sept '15, but the Siri feature was not implemented yet.
I'm in Europe and no update available yet. I asked yesterday to Jeep when in Europe but no answer till now.
I read anywhere that now is only available in NAFTA.

I completed the 16_16_13 update earlier today. The file was downloaded on 1 May 2016.

There is no valet mode, and there are no custom settings or metric system measurements. However, Siri Eyes Free is now accessible.

I ended up calling uconnect last night. Spent a little over an hour on the phone with them poking through various menus, soft resetting the system, etc but nothing helped. The uconnect guy said he can't help and transferred me over to the SRT folks. The process was really annoying as the uconnect/srt folks didn't seem to know much. They were polite and tried to help but still didn't know much about the system. They asked me what "valet mode" is ... um  ... also the materials they use to troubleshoot seem out of date. The tech kept asking me to go to menus that I didn't have. Even he gave up and said his info must be out of date. Anyway, they couldn't do much and ended up submitting a ticket. They said that I should hear back in 3 to 5 days.

If any of you 2016 guys are reading this, do you have the option to change your SRT pages from Metric to English units? If yes, how? A picture would be great.

I spent a little more time poking around the new pages:
  • Confirmed that Valet mode does not do anything. The system "activates it" but I'm not locked out of track mode, or the paddle shifters, etc.
  • The launch control screen has the option to adjust the launch RPM. That works on the screen but it doesn't actually do anything to the jeep. Same for the shift light screen and driving modes screens.
  • Metric sucks. It really does. Doubly so for me because I'm a civil engineer and work in English units :slapfight:
  • The SRT pages apps has crashed a few times. Never had that happen before.
  • As of this morning my uconnect system doesn't notify me of incoming text messages. It used to do that before the update.
  • Siri works.

Oh man. What a mess. Sounds like you got a file that opened up pages in your system that it shouldnt have.

It's also baffling to me how these support folks know nothing about the products they're supporting. Just another example of areas where FCA needs to step it up - particularly with the cost and sales volume of these vehicles.

Hope they get it straightened out for you. Keep us posted.

I'll give the uconnect folks one thing. They said they would call back and they did!! Good customer service.

They walked me through a factory reset of the radio and ... no change. Well, except for all my settings were wiped. Yay.

Another ticket. Waiting on another call.

Anyone figured out how to change this metric thingy?

What year is your jeep? If it's a 2015 or older and you got the new performance pages showing metric then the update glitched. The only way to fix mine was to hard reset the radio, then do a soft reset, then let the jeep sit overnight.

If it's a 2016 then, based on what the uconnect folks told me, there should be a setting under the "Gauges 1" or "Gauges 2" tab.

My 2015 showed the metric gauges on the engine page and the other gauges showed metric numbers but didn't have the "red" gauge line. I did the install again with the open door, close door, open door hokey pokey. The next day, it was fine.

I'm in Alberta Canada. I did the 16 16 13 update today. No new pages. No Sirius setting to start every song at the beginning. No hands free text. The only thing different is I can talk to siri for limited things. Such a waste even though the video I watched on the new features say that they are available in Canada
