I suppose it's bad if you compare it to an RWD. On the road you'd have all wheels pulling so that can't be such a bad thing...right?

Re: Australian SRT issues

I guess I just expected more from it, but that was in warmer weather.

I have read that the new SCT tuning device is out, so will go see them and discuss (and perhaps do another run in this colder weather).

Re: Australian SRT issues

Any one had issues with there paddle shifters? occassionaly the up shift paddle doesn't work, takes several goes sometimes, don't think its a major, may not be make the electronic signal to the transmission. Im not far away from 5000km service so will be definitely letting jeep know about it. Otherwise all good!

Re: Australian SRT issues

Question: does anybody's SRT tend to pull left?? Mine has since day one and I brought it into the dealer about 3 times. They didn't have an alignment machine (so how did they fix it the first time?) so they took it to Bridgestone across the street who managed to make it pull 'less' but still not perfect. Is this common?

It's not as bad as it used to be but my right arm is getting a workout. Before you ask; yes I have been alternating arms for 'other things' but that only takes a couple of minutes versus the 45 mins it takes to get to and from work.

Re: Australian SRT issues

I would go to a suspension specialist (NOT PEDDERS) and get an independent opinion.
What did the dealer say is the problem ?

If you're located in Perth then the ONLY bloke to see is Rod over at WA Suspension

Grumpy old bastard but easily the best in the business..

Re: Australian SRT issues

Dealer first said that all Ameican cars are like that for some reason...before he realised I'm American lol. Then they said it was because of the tyres and how Aussie roads are sloped for water runoff then after it was slightly fixed that that was the best they can do and I can take it up with Chrysler Australia if I wanted to. I think I just might after taking it to a suspension specialist. Me putting asshole face on as we speak.

So none of you guys experience this then?

Re: Australian SRT issues

There is a TSB for that. See attached. Doesn't specifically say SRT though.
