Badge Placement Opinions

Hey guys. I am trying to figure out where i want to put my black SRT badges. My truck is max steel so they blend in a bit. I like the placement on the lowwer front doors best, but very hard to notice there because of the angle and the black blending in (which is why i want black badges). I am curious if anyone has any pics of the SRT badge on the front fender though. Like where the imports have the 6.4 L emblem.

thanks

Jr.

If you are putting them on for you, you already answered your question. If you are putting them on for the general public, most don't really give a damn about your car, unless you take their parking space.

Jr., I don't know. I was also thinking about adding some badges on the truck again but every time I want to I chicken out and leave it clean.

I know it's for me. I kinda like both places though for short periods. I tack them up and walk around and look and can't decide. Really like bottom of door since its more discrete. Girlfriend keeps swaying me back saying "u can't even see them". How do they get in my head so easy? Lol.

On a lighter note. Two guys in a smart car followed me around The crowded beachroads video taping the truck and asking me to rev it. They love the gthaus here! Especially when it's packed and slow traffic when I just keep her burping between 2nd and third. I haven't closed the valves in forever! Lol

Re: Badge Placement Opinions

You didn't mention there was a girlfriend involved in the decision.

Put the badges where ever she wants.

Your life in general will be better!

Re: Badge Placement Opinions

Cheapens the car to me, but if you must add them I think they look better lower on the door where the factory "grand cherokee" was.

My australian '14 came with these fender badges mounted in the exact same spot. I removed them AND the GC door badges. Much cleaner look.

Only badges I have on the sides of my car now are black SRT badges on the lower doors

Re: Badge Placement Opinions

I had the de-badged look but just added these to the sides. Like it more than I thought I would. Went with black Jeep in the back and black SRT in the back also, everything else is de-badged.

I need a 392 S/C badge, or a supercharged badge from hellcat on the jeep

Re: Badge Placement Opinions

I'm a big fan of the black SRT emblems on the lower doors. I also put a RIPP supercharger on my truck a few months ago so I went with a black/red supercharged emblem to tie into the black SRT emblem and the red to match the brembos.
