Need a set for my winter setup. Any good leads on replica sellers here?

Thanks,

I was kinda thinking about those. My 2017 is coming with the $1300 thin spoked design.

My advice is to skip the replicas. They are cheaply made and retain very little value down the road. The link you provided are OEM wheels but they have been half-assed for being "professionally refinished". I just had a set of the 2017 5 spokes done in satin powder coat and the finish of the entire wheel is spot on. No clue why someone would not even strip the entire wheel before powder coating, assuming that's what is done to the wheels in the link. Mine look similar to these except the ones shown are gloss.

Not really following you, I;ve had many wheels powder coated, never had any issues regardless of who did it. very durable.

He used this company which is legit in the twin cities

I agree replicas are garbage but I don't really consider any wheel purchase an investment, particularly a winter wheel in Minnesota.

They are a good company, I've sold to them before. Maybe I'm picky when it comes to my SRT. The fact I can see the original wheel weights, orange peel, and the original finish on the inside barrel tells me something about the quality of work they do, nothing personal. Winter is definitely a good time to have forged wheels on a Jeep if the roads up there cut loose with potholes.

Re: Best source for replicas?

I have OEM's power coated black for summer and Factory Reproductions for winter. I have 3 winters on the replicas and they still look brand new so it really depends on which ones you buy.

Re: Best source for replicas?

Subscribed. I just bought a 17 and I cannot believe how hard it is to find replica wheels or wheels in general for this thing. I want to run a winter tire no bigger than a 265 aspect ratio in the winter so need a 20X9 wheel. Every single one I've found, it's either not clear that it fits or it says it does not fit cars with brembo brakes.

Which Factory Reproductions did you order? Thanks in advance!

Re: Best source for replicas?

I have factory reproductions on my winter wheels. They're decent quality and the finish still looks like new. Just make sure you clean them thoroughly when you pull them come spring and seal them before you put them back on. People that say there junk have probably never had them! You can find them on eBay or there web site. Excellent choice for winter wheel set up

I have the same ones but they don't make em in gloss black anymore.
Not sure if they still make the Goliath style. BTW I run 285/50/20 and these wheels fit over Brembos.
