Bit by the supercharger bug

Recently went up to Ripp superchargers after reading the post on here about the upcoming release of the Vortech kit for the 2014 WK2 SRT. Met up with the owner Ross, got a tour of the shop and most importantly a test drive in his SRT with the kit installed and only 1700 miles on the truck. Every aspect was spot on including fit/finish, driveability, and shear power. The truck idled perfect, shifted perfect and had tons of power. I left about an hour later after putting a deposit on one of the first kits to go out the door. Should be ready next week according to my conversation with them yesterday. Can't wait to install it and really turn my truck into a real beast. Even went as far as to buy some sleek but subtle emblems to let people know...this truck is no joke. What do you think. Too much or just right?? Couldn't find anything with a black background but the polished aluminum blends well with the white paint on the truck and the red lettering matches calipers perfect.

Re: Bit by the supercharger bug

No, lose them. IMO tacky, but I'd also not advertise it.

Re: Bit by the supercharger bug

I am about to order my kit but will not be putting any emblems on the truck.
I like the element of surprise.
Good move though with the supercharger.

Not a fan of the emblems but if you like them that's all that matters. I'm excited for you to get it. In for updates.

Re: Bit by the supercharger bug

If you got those from sickspeed.....they're junk....I had some 4.0L ones on my ranger and the letters fall out and the chrome degrades bad. They even sent me 2 replacements and the same thing happened.

I like the emblem on the tailgate but not the ones you put on the doors. Keep the one on the back though that's cool

Agree one on the tail gate is good.
