Looks killer Scott. You do the roof as well?
roofs been done awhile...right after I got it...lol

Looks great as is, please don't paint. Best looking WK2 to date!
yeah...full cf is not my style. The front bumper splitter and side splitters will be cf though...but with a slight candy black clearcoat

Scott,

I really love that hood, I agree your wk2 looks great just how it is now, very cool! My next mod is going to be the mopar rock rails, ( my Xmas present). Question would that custom hood fit on my overland? For my application I would have it painted true blue.

Re: BlackOps Autoworks CFR redline red-in progress

this hood fits ALL wk2's.....just as the SRT hood fits the nonSRT

Thanks Scott,
The Black ops hood is now on my wish list! Are the air intakes functional or just ornamental?

Re: BlackOps Autoworks CFR redline red-in progress

all are functional. The two at the back of the hood bring in air and the one large one in the front extracts heat.

Re: BlackOps Autoworks CFR redline red-in progress

Nice! would be very cool to have a cold air intake that took advantage of the air intakes.

Will that hood for my jeep Scott?

sorry...doesn't fit white Jeeps!:mad::(:eek:

Looks awesome Scott. Images of just the hood I thought it was going to be a bit gaudy/too much, but I like it. I can't wait to see what it looks like painted with the middle still CF.
yes I agree! The design of this hood fits the wk2's lines perfect and is not over the top!

The hood looks great. It's classy. A lot of these cowls, while functional, are tacky. They look like they belong on Bubba's '85 Mustang. This hood however looks like it belongs. It has an OEM special edition look to it.

Very nice!

Yes we upped the Quality and never really questioned the fitment we where so focused with the high end details like Molded plastic Mesh for an OEM finish and the weight. This hood is 16# that is the industry first and the lightest aftermarket hood offered for any SRT they even weighing in less than our old 06-10 hoods that where already lighter than anyone else's hoods. The Weave is near flawless and the finish is Gel coat no Auto Paint like Most Carbon MFG's. We thought about just auto clearing them just for protection and not as a means of sealing Carbon like most MFG. Scott has some detail pics I'm sure he can post up.
