Also, hows the drone on your setup?

******almost no drone the resonators that I used are perfect.. Went to the dealer for an oil change today. When they started it up and drove it in I had the biggest on my face, that was the first time it was started and driven off while I wasn't in it....*******

Awesome. I may go with Dynomax bullets, which are relatively the same thing as the Jones you got.

Just put the borla xr1 mufflers on. Put them in the midsection area because they were too long for the rear. It's a deeper version of my no midsection, x-pipe, and stock rear mufflers. Its louder, but it gained a more deeper tone than loudness. In-cabin noise is more noticeable, but there's no drone. I may throw on a resonator to lighten the cabin noise, but honestly its not bad and I like how its sound level right now.

Borla atak with x pipe install...have ???

The more it breaks/burns in, the better it sounds. It's very deep, projects pretty loudly but definitely deeper in tone rather than throwing loud sound. It's very smooth, no popping or crackling. Slight rasp with deceleration, no popping or backfire. Loudness is linear with rpm. It's probably similar to an atak with resonators..if anything its deeper and doesnt project rasp as much. It'd probably be even closer to an S type with an x-pipe and no resonators, mufflers, or valves. No drone at all, but there's cabin noise with increasing rpm..you hear the sound exiting the rear tips, probably because its very deep.

Agree, I did my xpipe 3' install this morning axle back is stype, the phone speaker can't play the bass from those set up, only if u play it on car or what, however, is too loud for my taste, climbing to 3000rpm would be the loudest rpm, if u don't roll down the window, ears got buzz, and u can't really hear the song, not good for long distance travel. I m scared of myself. Maybe Scott would like to tell me if atak with this set up is not so noisy in the cabin?

Just I might put resonators on, but I am afraid that I have not too much room for them, just gonna keep my set up for a while

removing the suitcase most likely will void the warranty... But i saved my stock exhaust so if i have any issues with anything ill pop the stock one right back on... Easy enough... Plus the borla has the mufflers in the rear tips so using the suitcase is a waste

The cool thing is the factory exhaust has no warranty to begin with but most Cat-back's have a limited lifetime ?de03
