Brembo Pads

What's the average life of the Brembo break pads?

Re: Brembo Pads

I'm around 37000 and I'm not sure if they have been replaced before that but I doubt it. I have the front driver side squealing at me... Ugggggh!

Re: Brembo Pads

Looks like mine will have to be replaced around 38,000 miles. From what I read on this thread, that's pretty good.

Re: Brembo Pads

Got my oil changed today dealer says I have about 1-2mm left of pads and will need rotors also. Im at 36,544 He said i did pretty good they had a Srt8 Charger that burned up a set in like 20k

My question is dealer stated like $100 for pads? and it was a MOPAR part # i don't have it question is.

does Mopar have a set of SRT pads and then Brembo's?

Basically it was $650+tax what they wanted for 2 new front rotors and pads Installed I told him doesn't seem right where's the Labor? lol Based off Justforjeep pricing 2 Mopar Rotors $404 total and Brembo Pads $368 =$772?

Re: Brembo Pads

Anyone happen to know why one pad is wearing down faster than the other in the front?

Re: Brembo Pads

Most likely the pad is sticking in the caliper. If so, pads need to be removed or replaced and spend some quaility time cleaning up the calipers so the pads will move freely after lubing.
