Re: Correct locking lugnuts for 2012+ jeep SRT

I just installed the recommended lugnuts at the beginning of this thread on my '14 Limited with a set of Black Chrome Goliaths and they aren't wide enough to fill the entire hole, leaving roughly an 1/8" exposed ring at the base of each hole.

I'm realizing that they're not the bulge style.

In the WK2 wheels forum, it's recommended that these will fill the ring gap that I've mentioned;

Gorilla Wheel Locks 96643BDX - Free Shipping on Orders Over $99 at Summit Racing

Any experience?

Re: Correct locking lugnuts for 2012+ jeep SRT

Hi guys:
I am looking for wheel locks also. In the Gorilla website those locknuts are advertised as black chromed, but in the photo they look black.
Does the Gorilla system may look good with the black chrome spider wheels that came in my 2015?

Re: Correct locking lugnuts for 2012+ jeep SRT

What lugs should I get for these wheels to fit my 2012 Overland. The wheels are SRT 20x10. I do not need locking type. I bought these wheels off this forum with the lugs but FEDEX lost them. Please help...

Re: Correct locking lugnuts for 2012+ jeep SRT

Ok so these work with the stock spider monkeys, and how exactly is each lug a locking lug? Are they all designed to be used with the key?

Thanks!

Re: Correct locking lugnuts for 2012+ jeep SRT

The correct part number is 96643DX (BDX for black). The ones listed on the front of the thread are one size fits all kinda deal. They work, but they look puny inside of the huge wheel barrels. These are Charger pictures (from when I had an SRT Charger), but they prove how bad the standard bulge looks on our wheels:

Standard:
