Re: Couldn't wait any longer - SRT8 replacement (photo) inside

Sweet ride man! That thing is a beast!! The CTS-V looks gorgeous in a coupe, the 4 door is a Benz Killer and that thing is the best for utlity's sake. Can fit 5 comfortably and have room for some luggage etc, plus the sleek and unique looks. If only it were a better winter vehicle thatd be my choice. Congrats again, need some video now!

I'm not all into the fast SUV group anymore but I always wondered why one would get a 3.7L WK, ignoring the 4.7L V8. The 3.7L had almost no real usable power. I would have killed myself using that engine on my country roads. Hell, the 3.7L in the Liberty barely passed the test.....

OP- You made a great choice. I would love the have a V in my garage...... maybe someday

Love the CTS-Vs...Havn't seen the wagon in person yet. Really can't wait to drive one!

Re: Couldn't wait any longer - SRT8 replacement (photo) inside

I almost bought a black diamond CTS-V sedan last week (only two 2011's within 300 miles of me).....the price was agreed upon and then they informed me it was the owners demo and had 4800 miles on it and he added a "performance exhaust"... needless to say I said no thanks.

In fact, Velopod, you posted in my thread on the Caddy forums last week about the thoughts on the deal

I think COB Veteran's Day is my final suspense (2 full work weeks). If my truck has not reached (KZ) by then I am moving on. Anything later than that and I won't be seeing it until at least first week of Dec.
