Idk if this is irrelevant but I had the same squeak noise on my liberty every time I turned or over a bump it would do that crackle squeak noise I ended up spraying the seat track every nut bolt that was attached to it ended up doing the trick
That didn't sound like anything electrical. That sounded like a seat track/frame creaking with the weight shift. Try this: just sit in your vehicle (don't drive) and shift yourself around in the seat--try to mimic how you'd shift during acceleration or deceleration. See if you can reproduce it that way. Even if not, I'd still lay money on the track or frame--I've heard more than a few of them doing it.
The rails are attached to the floor, and the seat frame is attached to the rails. Anywhere in the seat frame itself (covered by the leather but if you look up under the seat you'll see a frame under there) can cause the creaking. There are lots of metal joints in there to give the seat it's adjustability.
