One of the worst posts I have ever read here.

Links?

I looked for any WK2 SRT Off Road videos and couldn't find much.

All I could find was some vids of SRTs on Dirt Roads (that any car could handle), like the one below. Handling a Dirt Road doesn't qualify as Off Road capable any more than going thru some water does.

1. His post was sarcastic.

2. While I agree with you that the SRT does not even come close to an QD-II equipped GC in terms of off road ability, it is not as bad as you make it seem. It still has at least 6 inches of ground clearance (maybe more), which is more than a lot of SUVs. Also, the 4x4/AWD system on the SRT is no worse than those on most other SUVs in terms of going off-road, as practically all of them are designed for street use. Either way, any 4x4/AWD system is better than RWD for off-road use. Lastly, the SRT still has fairly large sidewalls which obviously help off-road.

3. Now you are just being ridiculous. While it is no Wrangler, the SRT is definitely better than a RWD sports car with 2 inches of ground clearance and no sidewalls off-road.

If im not mistaken we have the Same System minus Low range. We still have a brake Lock diff and a Electronic Rear locker?

Most other Suv's are AWD on demand meaning until it slips it's either fwd or rwd only. you could fit all terrains on an SRT not impossible might look funny.

Either way I've seen videos of guys mudding and snow play OBV your not rock crawling... Seen it in both Wk1 and Wk2 SRT's

I honestly have no idea, but that sounds plausible. Just to be clear, I am definitely on your side. My point was that, while there are definitely better-equipped SUVs for off-road use, the SRT is pretty good, especially with its main focus being performance.
