If you get tired of your dealership service dept, go somewhere else if you have the option. I always used the one closet to me for convenience the last 6 years. I got fed up with terrible service and went to the one I bought my Jeep from Koons. Holy cow, it's Taj Mahal compared to my previous one. Enterprise on site and the service dept is on top of things here. Such a pleasure to drop off the SRT today to get a service for once. I check my email and they sent me a link to see my repair status. What!??? I've never been so satisfied and very glad I finally left the other dealership Farrish Jeep. They didn't even flinch when I gave them a laundry list. If I put my stock Spider Monkeys on, they'll take pics and cover the flaking under warranty.

Wow, this place is great. Everything is done, except for the dash which is being ordered. I just need to bring it back when it arrives. I'm at 29,560 miles and not one issue with them covering everything under warranty. I like this place and if you're in Northern Va, Koons Jeep is your place.

This is so true. This one is in a real upscale town of Northern Va (Tysons), so their customer service caters to a certain clientele. My other dealership I left was very small service dept and lot. I'm glad I bought from this dealership bc they own several in this area for several vehicle makes. This lot has lots of inventory.
However, they didn't know about the sunroof TSB and told me my UConnect software was up to date. I know there is one available for mine 16.13.13 and had to tell them about both. I'm going to pick it up tomorrow and I'm only concerned about the back up cam still being off center. I can see it visually that the pinhole for the cam is tilted left in the housing and it's tight. It had to be a lens mounting defect from the manufacturer bc there is no adjustment. They said they fixed it with a software flash, but I'm skeptical. I know there's a TSB for blurry cam, but mine was grainy so I hope it fixed that at least. I'll see tomorrow when I go get her back.

I purchased my new 14 overland from there and had a great experience. Koons is a monster dealership here in northern Virginia so they were able to give me an amazing deal. The overland sticker was $49750 and I walked out there for $40,650. Idk if they they will be that aggressive on the GC SRT models but tell them to sharpen their pencil. I was there 2 weeks ago bc my buddy bought a 16 ram 3500 mega cab. The sticker was $77. He walked out the door for $60,600. Hopefully this helps. 👍🏼👍🏼

I felt like I got a solid deal. What's funny is that I didn't join jeep garage till after I made the purchase. If I had known I would have used that as added leverage.
