From what I could gather, here are the things I should not fail to check upon delivery of my new truck (I still don't have a precise date... so I distract my frustration by doing this checklist...
), based on other's experience and reported troubles. Of course this comes "on top" of a general check of the whole truck:
- Liftage: check alignment
- Grille: check alignment
- Headlights: check for condensation
- Pedal covers being fitted
- Mileage shown
- Head unit and main screen
For the last one (head unit and main screen), I guess upon delivery the only thing to do is flip through pages and functions and try to figure out whether everything is how it should.
Is there something I forgot...?
