Re: Extra Black, Hold the Chrome please

Well I'm 31 as well and still hate the chrome - think it's more style then age, but each his own. I saw in my last months FourWheeler they now offer the "murder" package on the Rams

Re: Extra Black, Hold the Chrome please

Same here - I tried a couple of times and ended up letting my body shop take care of it. They had to remove the entire bumper and everything. There's plenty of people on here that have popped them out from the front, but I wasn't taking a chance since I was taking it in for all the other parts getting painted black as well.

Re: Extra Black, Hold the Chrome please

Christmas cometh early . . . or should I say my fall surprise has come late (after an almost 3 month wait) the wheels and drop are finally going on.

A few peak shots from the shop - she'll be done tom and hopefully cleaned before the snow storm in time to take and post photos

Re: Extra Black, Hold the Chrome please

Yes CV3, Cali wheels in San Jose can custom drill them and make them fit, not cheap though.

Re: Extra Black, Hold the Chrome please

Finally done . . . Not the best pics but pics none-the-less . . . Extremely pleased with the finished product! My other 1/2 calls it the Bat Mobile and poor thing - didn't even realize it was dropped with new wheels and tires.

22x10.5 Vossen CV3 custom, Eibach Drop, Borla Atak w powdered tips, R1 rotors and ZERO chrome!
