So I've had her a little over 4 weeks now . . . just hit 75 miles. Hands down my most favorite truck I've ever owned and I've owned some pretty good toys. As impressive as the engine and power obviously is, I'm actually more amazed by the Brembos. These things are unreal! Even better than the Brembos on my numerous Ducs.
Finally was home long enough to get her over the shop to get rid of all the chrome - I honestly don't understand why Jeep doesn't offer the truck this way as an additional package. Everyone wants the chrome removed anyway and this way Jeep would make the money instead of everyone but Jeep.
Enjoy the pics . . . matching the front window tint and wrapping the window trim as soon as I get a minute
Now I'm waiting on your front bumper lip to be available. The more I look at your jeep the more I want it. Chad says they're still a bit off before ready to sell.
Absolutely! I finished the deal on a white one and then at the last minute changed back to black. I'm so glad I did. You can't ever go wrong with black and nothing looks better than a clean murdered out truck.
Yes, flat. The wheels and rear emblems are all flat. The wheels were powder-coated. It was a bitch I was told b/c they had to do an extra chemical stripping process on top of sandblasting to correctly prep and remove the black chrome from the factory.
Did you paint or vinyl wrap the front end chrome bits? It looks insane. I'm supposed to pick up my black '14 next week and I need to do this mod right away!
Thanks - I had all the parts removed and professionally painted. Thanks to Jeep making the front bumper assembly all one piece now on the '14s this mod just became much more expensive.

Damn. Paid for black chrome and stripped them? I would have at least traded someone for $300 or not ordered them. The rest of the jeep looks great though.
The intent was to see if I like the black chrome enough to keep it as is and not have to deal with the wheels. In person - especially on a black vehicle - I think there awful. So off with the chrome and blacked done right.
