Has anyone had any paint issues at delivery? I just took delivery of my Bright White 2014 Jeep SRT and was very disappointed to find 2 locations where there are particles trapped under the paint forming a cluster of bumps. The most noticeable is on the front wheel fender by the windshield. I attached a pic. I am tempted to leave one area alone as it involves the paint on the drivers side A-pillar (it's not too noticeable). That part goes all the way to the back and do not want them opening the proverbial "can of worms" with removal and reassembly.
There were also 2 deep scratches in the headlight and scratches in the window trim. I showed the dealer and they are awaiting approval to fix it. Where is the quality control? Also, disappointed the dealership did not discover/disclose prior to delivery.
Otherwise, I absolutely LOVE driving. Only have 130 miles on and even the break-in period is rewarding. Can't wait to really open it up! I plan on keeping for at least 8 years (my generous/understanding wife says 10) and got the MaxCare lifetime warranty for peace of mind.
