I got one off a seller on eBay...waited 7 months and contacted the service guy at my local dealer and he pulled it off for me...said it was a huge production and he had to have 3 different managers sign off on it !

The eBay one was $800 and the one through the dealership was $1300.

No wiring changes, however, I am getting an message (not a warning light) that says "Service Adaptive Headlamp System"...so I'll take it in and see if they can hook me up. Otherwise I can live without the AFS (and yes, they are AFS model lights).

Looks good. I wanted to go this route when i got mine replaced under warranty. But dealer wasn't allowed to source export parts. Most people are finding the headlamps are way too expensive to source now or simply denied...

1. I can't tell because you have a filter on your pictures. Sorry but pet peeve, if you are trying to show off a visual mod, show it naked. No heavy color saturation, no IG style filters, just a straight off the camera picture...and if you aren't using a filter please get rid of the Polaroid and buy a new camera! :D

2. I don't understand the obsession with clear corners. My Audi friends never shut up about the Euro Ecodes. I think the orange gives a nice bit of contrast and lends itself well to the look. Funny thing is in Europe they try to get USA headlights.

Regardless, show us some normal pics so we can actually see the difference!

Dude...I was wondering why they looked like shit !!! I didn't even think of that...right when I read your response I checked my camera and yes, there was/is a filter on. I'm getting it detailed on Wednesday morning...I'll take better pics and post them.

The dealership should definitely have the ability to run a calibration cycle on your headlights. This is who did mine. I would try another dealer.

i literally left and got the service message after they replaced my headlights. I returned the next they and they took the car in for about 10 minutes with it re-calibrated and fixed.

I have the black chrome spiders but the gloss black really makes it IMHO. Got a few mods coming so will upload some progress shots in the coming weeks.....
