Seems like they are still selling well, local dealer here in Colorado Springs has 3 Jeep SRT8's for $3000+ over sticker but will let them go at sticker they said.

How nice of them.

I really don't believe people are going to pay above sticker for these. I think I'm in the "target demographic" SRT was shooting for with these new vehicles. I can afford it, but wouldn't have paid a dime more than I did.

How does that mean they're selling? I don't think so.

I spoke to a manager that I bought my Overland from, he stated if they were having trouble selling them they wouldn't have ADP. I feel its already overpriced as is and would never pay a dime over sticker for any car, just throwing money away.

Re: FYI - One available in NJ at $8,409 discount!

I just saw two at my local dealer (Leesburg, VA) - one Mineral Grey, no tow package, rear DVD and SRT Audio package, 3 season tires (which look much better then the 4 season IMO) - exactly how I would have ordered one. And they have a black one with tow package and audio - both at sticker.

I will keep an eye on these to see how long they stick around.

Still trying to decide...my major hold out is if I buy this summer - no doubt the next year will show up with the SC and other goodies....what to do what to do.

25hp bump I can live with...close to 100hp bump would be tough.

Re: FYI - One available in NJ at $8,409 discount!

I will also say Brian D. responded back to me something to the effect of maybe you can stop by , take a test drive and we can try and work a deal. Didn't even bother responding. Good luck to the idiot that pays $10K over sticker.

I am guessing there are dealers out there willing to sell at invoice or just above, but it will take some research to find them I suppose (as others already have I guess).

Re: FYI - One available in NJ at $8,409 discount!

What is interesting is that soontobe went and saw the silver one in the showroom and stated that it was $8K under MSRP. soontobe - did the sticker in the showroom actually show it at a $8K discount????

EDIT - oh and BTW, after Milous email response from the dealer, it most certainly has NOT been fixed. Still showing up with the $8K discount.

Dude, just because I am stating what is obvious, you shouldnt get so upset. My thoughts are far from crazy and these SRT8's will be selling at a 10% discount from sticker shortly, mark my words. Maybe you got a good deal on yours, maybe you paid sticker, maybe you paid over sticker....It doesnt change the fact where the prices are going with these things.

Have you read any of your previous post's ? Because I am addressing your comments and no one but you is calling me crazy. I know you must think these things are flying out the door because of the few folks that own them are pooled up here. Now dont get bent out of shape, because I am a big fan of the SRT8 and certainly cant be counted out of owning one. Im just calling like it is guy. These things are sitting everywhere and very few are being sold. So few I bet many of the dealers think twice on how many they take in 2013, since the 12's they own are still sitting and collecting dust.

Re: FYI - One available in NJ at $8,409 discount!

While probably not the exact number, cars.com shows 305 available currently and with production continuing until July (?) that does seem like a large number of unsold units at this point.

EDIT - Jeep website shows 319 currently on dealers lots (which equates to 19% of the total produced in the states)

That is a large # of available SRTs, I remember when I bought my '06 SRT new you could hardly find one anywhere.
