Re: Getting an SRT8, But have a couple questions before i buy.

No regrets here either! Shoot I'll buy a 2017 or 2018 WK3 SRT whenever it comes out too. My 2014 should be about ready to be replaced then -- perfect timing!

Hey man if you can swing the cash (gas, insurance, synthetic oil changes, tires, brakes) and you love the car like you say then why would you not go for it!!???!!!

But I will vote you in the Guinness Book of World Records for largest vehicle upgrade ever recorded by man....going from a Yaris (who even makes that?) to a Jeep SRT has to be it.

Once you buy the rig you will find ways to make it work. I think I can speak for a lot of people that when you get into the drivers seat of these things everyday you can't help but to have this shit eating grin on your face hahah

Man I say go for it. Make it happen and enjoy every freaking minute of it. I had a 2010 SRT I have a 2014 SRT now and I plan on getting the wk3 when they comes out!

Make it happen!

I've heard that very tall people have had driver leg room issues in the WK2 Jeeps, specifically their knee hitting the centre console & the shifter when moving their foot from the gas pedal to brake and vice-versa. I suggest you take one for a long city test drive to make sure you are comfortable behind the wheel. Having said that, I'm 6'-1" and have had no leg room issues in both an Overland & SRT.

Yes, I test drove one a couple of weeks ago and my legs were no issue. My knees did not touch the center console at all!

"Regretted" my WK1 SRT so much.....I bought a WK2 SRT. Just wish mods transferred - starting from scratch and boy does that make me "sad".

Just do it - only live once my friend and every time it starts up you get a shit eating grin on your face.
