By the way think I found a drawing that shows what might be wrong. There are apparently set screws where the butterfly valve mounts to the shaft that spins it. I think these may be loose, but will have to take the whole assembly off to check it. Hopefully i can just tighten them and locktite them. If the set screw is missing its gonna suck.

Ah, gotcha...I misread the previous post. You are correct, there should be a way to tighten those butterfly valves.

Re: GTHaus noise, Need adjustment?

Hey guys. Just wanted to update everyone, and commend both BlackOps (Chad), and GTHaus (Rob) for their great customer service.
I emailed Chad about my issue, and he must have called Rob immediately because he responded pretty quick saying that "Rob wanted to talk to me directly so call him" Well I finally got a chance to call Rob a few minutes ago, and instead of saying he would send me the set screw that fell out he said that he is going to send me a whole new valve set up for one side. Should have it within a week or so. Can't wait to get it as my truck is a little louder than i would like with one side stuck on open with the spacer in there, but could be worse. Things are going to break sometimes as well, but its how people handle their customers when it happens that really counts.
Thanks again to everyone here because this site is where i ended up getting the info for these two amazing vendors.
