Re: Hackers take control over Jeep Cherokee via uConnect

My UConnect service was not updated as I moved out of the country with my SRT. Do I need to have an active UConnect account and also be in the U.S. to upload and install one of these patches?

Thanks for the help.

Mike

No. Just pop your VIN in to the UConnect site and it'll let you download the update. No login or anything.

Does anyone know if the update will effect the Rax jailbreak?

you will need to wait for Customtronix to release the new version, or rollback then upgrade and wait for customtronix new version
