Just finished, for now, dressing the SRT under the hood and want to trick out the headlights, light the engine compartment and ????. Anyone have any tips, suggestions, etc? Would appreciate some help getting off the dime.

Point taken. Just wanted to see what was being done. I show the beast at a lot of local shows and then, like today, I take it to the strip and run the crap out of it. Multi-tasking SRT...

Actually, I added that when I ordered them. Should have photos in a couple of weeks. They are running way behind, as usual. That will be my final appearance addition to the SRT and I have a buddy that's a professional photographer and he is going to do a complete photo shoot of the Jeep and put a page up on dropbox. I will post a link to it as soon as he gets it up there.

Don't let these people discourage you from doing what you want to your vehicle. They do not set the taste standards for SRT or any other vehicle. I was flamed on the "other site" when I posted my addition of white dim-able LED lights under each rocker panel and white LED's to the hood vents. Besides the flamers on the "other site" there has been zero negative comments from anyone that has seen it in person. I will agree to some extent that there is a line to not cross so that is why I used white lights instead of RGB or RGBW.

FYI - The flamers edited their post to not sound too much like and a$$hole.

Brian - Thanks. Send me some info to my email privately and a photo or two. Sounds pretty nice to me.

Thanks Scott and you others. I know we have not met personally, but I hope to soon. You will discover that that stuff rolls off my back like water on a duck and everyone has a right to their own opinion. I am a pretty stubborn old bast!!! too. I went to a couple of car shows this weekend, the big one was more of a rice rocket event, however there were several Mopars and I managed to organize, with the help of the event organizer, a prime spot in the middle of the event to display all of them, with a little "squeaky wheel get's the grease" effort that the Mopar guys appreciated. I got some good leads and ideas from people at that show. I was the only Jeep at the event and took two spots to display the beast. (See attached photo) Photos of engine, new wheels, etc. are coming soon.20140614_120837.jpg
