Yeah I'm getting this also. Had it when I picked it up from dealer. He said condensation is normal in these headlights. The weather here has been crap anyway. Hopefully it'll go away in summer?
Any other ideas, advice?

It's been 4 days since I picked it up. Temperature here 30F - 70F, dew point is about 42F and humidity 60-70%, raining here and there.
I'm not sure this will go away until we hit summer weather? Do you think this is why yours don't do this anymore?

Re: Headlight Condensation

I picked my 14 up in the dead of summer and never had them fog. if the weather is like you describe....they will fog a bit until you get some dry weather. Can you park in garage or something? These are vented lamps and once the moisture from the manufacturing process dries...you are good to go.

Re: Headlight Condensation

Got the same, took pictures, sent them to the dealer...
Eventually got a call from the dealer and they changed them.
Problem: the new headlights have even more condensation than the previous ones...
I don't know if they actually have more condensation, or if it is just colder temperatures as we're getting closer to winter, making it more noticeable. Sitting on the fence about what I am going to do about them.

Mine also has it. It's been a couple weeks now and I still see it.

What are your options?
I'm going to see if there's a fix at some point. It may become a better known issue when US starts to move into colder weather.

Re: Headlight Condensation

My headlights had heavy condensation right after I bought my Jeep. I live in Houston so a couple of days later with temperatures in the 90s and I've not seen the condensation after that. In the last week it rained a lot too and I've not seen condensation appear.

Honestly it makes little sense as to why it shows up and how it went away if the lights are supposed to be sealed. Maybe it will make a comeback sometime soon only to spite me now that I typed this message

Hopefully you won't get it...We are going to be moving into weather in the 90s and 100s soon so I hope this goes away once and for all. Looks cheap that's all. I love the beast and everything seems very well made, but this one thing is buggin me.

The lights are not sealed. They are vented to allow heat to dissipate. HID's get hot quickly. This unfortunately also allows moisture in.

Someone did say that the initial condensation you see when you have just bought the car is from the manufacturing process?
